In Case Of Theft

In the event of a theft you should contact the police and PROIMA SAT. Once we have the crime reference number FROM 15, we will activate the tracking unit to begin transmitting a unique signal that can be traced by police to help them find your vehicle. Some PROMA SAT features are automatically triggered by unauthorised movement of your vehicle; in this case we would contact you to confirm it has been stolen before activating the recovery process.
